Auch auf der Entsorgungsseite bietet die Kreissägeanlage für die umfangreichen Anforderungen im Stahlhandel ein äußerst flexibles System. Sehr kurze Anschnitte, Reststücke sowie kurze Abschnitte bis 10 kg und 12-150 Millimetern Durchmesser werden über eine Rutsche/Weiche direkt an der Säge entsorgt.

With the new sawing lines, the leading steel distributor in the north of Germany has improved its efficiency and expanded its service portfolio. The centrepiece of the system - the high speed circular saw HCS 150 E - is our all-rounder for steel distribution and impresses with the highest cutting quality and efficiency, even for regularly changing raw materials. With a 12 metre long flat magazine with integrated pre-storage and active remnant storage, Behringer Eisele has implemented a universal solution for almost all profile shapes for Carl Spaeter Hamburg. The enormous increase in productivity with the HCS 150 E allows Carl Spaeter Hamburg to reduce processing times from several days to just a few hours. The sawing solution makes it possible to process a wide range of orders with cut-off lengths of 12 - 4,500 mm.

Um nach dem Abgießen die Rundbarren in kürzere Abschnitte zwischen 500 mm und 6000 mm Länge zu trennen, war das Unternehmen auf der Suche nach einer starken und gleichzeitig präzisen Bandsäge, die dieser Aufgabe gewachsen ist. Fündig wurde das Unternehmen bei den Modellen der BEHRINGER Großbandsägen-Serie, welche speziell für große Durchmesser und extreme Materialgewichte konzipiert sind. Also ideal, um schweren Strangguss mit Gewichten von bis zu 3200 kg/m und einem Durchmesser von bis zu 1.300 mm zu sägen. Mit der robusten Peripherie lassen sich die Hard Alloys Rundbarren zudem zentrisch positionieren und im Anschluss mit der Hochleistungs-Bandsäge extrem effizient zerspanen. Ergänzt wird die Sägelinie um eine effektive Absauganlage für die entstehenden Aluminium-Stäube.

The sawing line is equipped with an effective extraction system for the aluminium dusts produced.
