The MIG-1000 multi-rim trimmer is designed for the longitudinal sawing of unedged boards and slabs for the purpose of obtaining edged sawn timber (edged boards, slats, bars, three-slab). The billet is pulled automatically by the heavy, driven ryabuhs located at the entrance and exit of the machine. The side trimming multi-saw machine is equipped with a claw protection to prevent reverse feed at the entrance and to ensure safety when sawing by raising the protection. Circular saws are located on the spindle driven by a V-belt transmission by an electric motor. The distance between the saws is regulated by spacers and the maximum number of saws provided for installation is 10 pcs. The maximum cutting speed is 50 meters per minute. Possible installation of laser kerf pointers for visual positioning of the workpiece in relation to the saw blades.

The table saw BELMASH CBS-2400 was designed specifically to fit for the European market and has already gained popularity among European craftsmen. The saw is equipped with universal guide, which can be used as mitre fence or rip fence. 24 tooth TCT blade and rear table extension are included in a standard delivery. The belt drive helps increase cutting height up to 103 mm with smaller saw blade. Wheels and handles help transport the machine without anybody’s help. Дисковая горизонтальная пилорама ДПА предназначена для распиловки бревен из любых пород древесины на брус, доску обрезную, необрезную, рейку. Распиловка на дисковой пилораме ДПА производится в горизонтальной плоскости перемещением пилорамы вдоль неподвижно закрепленного бревна по рельсовому пути. Применяемый инструмент — дисковые пилы из легированной стали с победитовыми напайками. Пильная каретка пилорамы при помощи электропривода перемещается по вертикальным направляющим портала вниз на размер заготовки. Производительность дисковой пилорамы ДПА выше, чем при работе на ленточной пилораме. Это достигается за счет того, что распиловка производится как в прямом, так и обратном направлении, т. е. отсутствует «холостой» обратный ход. Более жесткий инструмент (диск) исключает появление «волны» в пропиле, при высокой точности размеров и чистоте поверхности. Цикличность заточки зубьев пилы, достигает 2-х смен в зависимости от вида и состояния древесины.

Дисковые пилорамы углового пиления ДПУ предназначены для производства обрезного пиломатериала из бревен диаметром до 800 и 900 мм. Пилорама включает в себя направляющие рельсового типа, горизонтально закрепленные на прочном основании и портал пилорамы, на котором установлены пильная каретка и кабина оператора с электрошкафом управления. Применяемый инструмент – дисковые пилы, установленные на пильной каретке взаимно – перпендикулярно. Распиловка на дисковой пилораме производится в горизонтальной и вертикальной плоскости одновременно при перемещении портала по рельсовым направляющим вдоль неподвижно закрепленного бревна. Преимуществом дисковой пилорамы ДПУ является то, что при распиловке бревна его кантование и перезакрепление не требуется. Это позволяет значительно снизить трудоемкость и повысить производительность процесса деревообработки. Распиловка на дисковой пилораме осуществляется как в прямом, так и в обратном направлении движения портала

The machine is a sheet metal bed on which the drive, saw unit and feed drive are mounted. The required distance between the circular saws is set by special spacers (spacers). The machine has a two-row claw curtain with upper and lower claw curtains. The movement of the logs is carried out by driven heels, which ensures high accuracy of the workpiece movement and straightness of the stroke. The speed of movement has a smooth adjustment through the frequency converter. There is electric heating. The drive of the rotating shaft is carried out from the electric motor of 55 kW (45 kW on special order) and the rotational speed of 3000 rpm through a wedge-repair transmission, which leads to significant fluctuations. The diameter of circular saws is 75 mm (with two keyways).

This is the machine with rather peculiar adjusting way from cutting to planing modes. The machine itself is mounted to the rigid frame base and has two independent work tables, conventionally «the upper» and «the bottom one». The cutting depth is adjusted by the position of the cutting table. The smooth stroke of the table is provided by a gas spring. To switch the modes one need just to turn the table upside down. While using one work table, the second one is unreachable. For more accurate positioning of a guard, the work table has measuring scales.
