Wir arbeiten mit deutschen Automobilzulieferern sowohl als grenzüberschreitender Lohnveredler als auch als Zulieferer für Produktionsstandorte innerhalb der Ukraine zusammen. Neben unserer Erfahrung im Tagesgeschäft und bei der Abwicklung der grenzüberschreitenden Lieferungen schätzen unsere deutschen Geschäftspartner besonders die Kostenvorteile der Ukraine als Produktionsstandort. Unsere Kompetenzen: •Montage elektronischer und elektromechanischer Bauteile und Baugruppen •Konfektionierung einfacher Kabel •Kunststoffspritzguss (Spritzen von Teilen, Anspritzen von Steckern etc.) Unsere Produktionsstätte: Unsere eigene kostengünstige Produktionsstätte in Talne, ca. 250 km südlich von Kiew, ist gut erreichbar über die Autobahn Kiew – Odessa und von den Kiewer Flughäfen. Die Fertigung erfolgt sowohl auf eigenen Maschinen und Montageplätzen, als auch auf beigestellten Montagelinien und Werkzeugen unserer Geschäftspartner. In Talne haben wir außerdem Lagerflächen und ein Zolllager. Qualität: Unsere Produktion ist von Bureau Veritas nach ISO 9001: 2008 zertifiziert. Darüber hinaus gab es im Laufe der Jahre viele Kundenaudits durch unsere direkten Geschäftspartner sowie durch deutsche und europäische OEMs.

Ovostar Union PCL (Ovostar Union Group of Companies) is a vertically integrated public holding company, one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of chicken eggs and egg products. In Ukraine, the company's products are known under trademarks Yasensvit and Ovostar. In 2018, Ovostar poultry farms produced 1.6 billion eggs, and the number of laying hens was 6.4 million. The company is the first in Ukraine to launch the production of liquid and dry egg products under the TM Ovostar. Today, Ovostar Union products are exported to 55 countries — in the markets of the EU, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa. The company manages export sales through its own sales offices in Latvia and the OAU. Ovostar Union is the only producer in Ukraine that uses cages for poultry that meet the requirements of Directive 1999/74/EC. The Yasensvit poultry factories and the Ovostar egg product factory successfully passed the audit of the European Commission and Bureau Veritas. This allowed the company to enter the top 5 egg suppliers in Europe. The production is certified according to ISO 9001: 2008: ISO 22000: 2005 (HACCP) and FSSC 22000, there are also Kosher and Halal certificates. The agricultural holding provides over 1600 jobs. The consolidated professional team and a positive working environment are the priorities of Ovostar Union corporate culture. In 2011, Ovostar Union launched an IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
