The stone is made using the technology of “vibrocasting”. For the production of decorative stone, white high-quality cement (M-525, D0), coarse sand, lightweight filler, iron oxide pigments are used. Products of TM Einhorn are made of lightweight concrete, painted in its entire mass. Our products, according to tests, have indicators of F-200 cycles in frost resistance and M 250 in strength, which guarantees the durability of the material.

Применение муфты позволяет снизить ударные нагрузки на привод и тем самым продлить срок его службы. В ряде случаев ( например дробильная установка, тяжёлый миксер ) применение упругой муфты позволяет снизить коэффициент запаса на 5 - 10%, а применение гидромуфты приводе тяжёлого миксера на 20 - 30%, что позволяет снизить требуемую мощность двигателя.Передача момента в муфте может осуществляться механической связью между деталями, выполняемой в виде неподвижных соединений или кинематических пар (геометрическое замыкание); за счёт сил трения или магнитного притяжения (силовое замыкание); сил инерции или индукционным взаимодействием электромагнитных полей (динамическое замыкание). По характеру работы и основному назначению различают муфты следующих типов: постоянные соединительные (упругие муфты, торсионно жесткие муфты, гидродинамические муфты); управляемые (электромагнитные, гидравлические, пневматические муфты); самоуправляемые (автоматические) и прочие.
